Each purchaser and contract is treated individually with your needs and abilities taken into consideration to make sure you get terms suitable for your lifestyle.
Five Year Purchase Plan
Terms normally include some or all of the following:
- Keys handed over after 35% down payment
- Payment plan tailored to your personal circumstances
- 5 year payback or lease style options
- No penalty for early redemption
- Transfer before completion accepted (terms may apply)

Mortgage terms
Terms follow the following guidelines:
- Loans available up to 85% LTV
- Maximum term 50 years, up to 75 years old
- monthly payments with three options
1. capital and interest
2. interest only for up to 5 years
3. up to 35% capital deferment - Variable or fixed interest rate (5 year)
- Margins up to 0.9% above base rate (lower for lower LTV)
- Possibility to draw down for promessa and stage payments
