Five Year Purchase Plan
Terms normally include some or all of the following:
- Keys handed over after 35% down payment
- Payment plan tailored to your personal circumstances
- 5 year payback or lease style options
- No penalty for early redemption
- Transfer before completion accepted (terms may apply)

Terms follow the following guidelines:
- Loans available up to 85% LTV
- Maximum term 50 years, up to 75 years old
- monthly payments with three options

3. up to 35% capital deferment - Variable or fixed interest rate (5 year)
- Margins up to 0.9% above base rate (lower for lower LTV)
- Possibility to draw down for promessa and stage payments
