Purchasing through this well proven system considerably reduces the cost of ownership as it is split into four equal parts, each owner using the property for thirteen weeks of the year. This system has been devised, whereby each owner is not limited to any one period of the year. For example during one year they may occupy the property during April, August and December and in the next year March, July and November.
